to indicate some of the many larger projects undertaken
by Andrew Howard and Partners.
Ideal Shopping Direct, Peterborough –
A £4.5million complex including TV Studios, Call Centres,
Offices and Warehouse. Andrew Howard & Partners had
full responsibility for design of superstructure, foundations
etc in conjunction with Architects and main contractors.
Andrew Howard & Partners liased with specialist steelwork
and groundwork subcontractors, mechanical engineers, acoustic
engineers and other specialist designers in the media industry.

Neff (UK) Ltd
Wolverton - Andrew Howard & Partners
had responsibility for refurbishment of existing offices
including the upgrading of offices including new reception
area, new offices, warehouse and loading dock facility.

Orton Southgate – Peterborough.
Andrew Howard & Partners designed two office/ warehouse
complexes complete with loading dock, car parking.
MGM Assurance, Orton Southgate, Peterborough. Consulting
Structural Engineers for new office and warehouse units.
Project value £1.5 million.
Milton Keynes Shopping Centre, Milton Keynes.
Andrew Howard & Partners were the principal steelwork
designers for the mall refurbishment.
Bletchely Motorist and Trade Outlet Centre, Milton
Keynes. A new commercial development. Project value
£1.2 million.
