Old Stratford Community Centre – Andrew Howard & Partners were Principal Engineers for development on a green field site of a new community centre comprising a community hall, bars, changing rooms and meeting rooms. Project value £1 million.

Leisure Complex – Towcester. Andrew Howard & Partners were Principal Engineers for remodelling and major extension to an existing leisure complex. Project value £1.0 million.

Recreation Centre, Brackley – Andrew Howard & Partners were Project Engineers with full civil/structural engineering service to an existing leisure complex comprising new gymnasium, dance hall, entrance foyer, changing rooms and staff rooms. Project value £1.2 million.

Northamptonshire Association of Youth Clubs. Andrew Howard & Partners were project engineers for the indoor and outdoor national tennis centre. Project value £1.4million.

Pioneer Centre Cleobury Mortimer. Andrew Howard & Partners are currently involved with the redevelopment of new facilities including sports hall, dining rooms, activity rooms and dormitories for 300 people – Estimated project value £2.0 million.

Richardsons Group – The Charles Bradlaugh – Conversion of a three-storey factory to Public House on two levels, offices and residential flats.
