At a very early stage of the project, we are called upon to consider the suitability of the site for the intended work.

For a feasibility study, we will typically do the following:

• Organise a topographical survey
• Organise soil and environmental surveys
• Summarise the results of the surveys and investigations and make recommendations.
• In conjunction with the quantity surveyors, advise clients on the cost benefits or otherwise.
