Oakley Vale Community facility for Corby Borough council £ 1.3 million - Andrew Howard and Partners are principal structural and civil engineers, working in conjuction with Sursham Tompkins & Partners. This complex shaped building is to be built on previously backfilled site following mining works in Corby. Project value £1.3m.

Brooklands Community Centre, Newport Pagnell - Andrew Howard and Partners are principal structural engineers and civil engineers, working in conjunction with Stenton Obhi Architects. Facilities include large gathering spaces indoors and on external balcony. Project value: £1m.

Bugbrook Community Centre - Andrew Howard and Partners were project engineers with full civil/structural engineering service for a new complex including large function hall, bar, lounge, sports hall etc. Project value £1.5m.

Richardsons Group, The Charles Bradlaugh – conversion of a three-storey factory to Public House on two levels, offices and residential flats.

Old Stratford Community Centre – Andrew Howard and Partners were Principal Engineers for development on a greenfield site of a new community centre comprising a community hall, bars, changing rooms and meeting rooms. Project value £1m.

Leisure Complex, Towcester - Andrew Howard and Partners were Principal Engineers for remodelling and major extension to an existing leisure complex. Project value £1.0m.

Recreation Centre, Brackley – Andrew Howard and Partners were Project Engineers with full civil/structural engineering service to an existing leisure complex comprising new gymnasium, dance hall, entrance foyer, changing rooms and staff rooms. Project value £1.2m.

Northamptonshire Association of Youth Clubs - Andrew Howard and Partners were project engineers for the indoor and outdoor national tennis centre. Project value £1.4m.

Pioneer Centre, Cleobury Mortimer - Andrew Howard and Partners are currently involved with the redevelopment of new facilities including sports hall, dining rooms, activity rooms and dormitories for 300 people. Estimated project value £2.0m.
