Oakley Vale Community facility for Corby Borough council £ 1.3 million – Andrew Howard and Partners are principal structural and civil engineers, working in conjuction with Sursham Tompkins & Partners. This complex shaped building is to be built on previously backfilled site following mining works in Corby. Project value £1.3m.
Brooklands Community Centre, Newport Pagnell – Andrew Howard and Partners are principal structural engineers and civil engineers, working in conjunction with Stenton Obhi Architects. Facilities include large gathering spaces indoors and on external balcony. Project value: £1m.
Bugbrook Community Centre – Andrew Howard and Partners were project engineers with full civil/structural engineering service for a new complex including large function hall, bar, lounge, sports hall etc. Project value £1.5m.
Richardsons Group, The Charles Bradlaugh – conversion of a three-storey factory to Public House on two levels, offices and residential flats.
Old Stratford Community Centre – Andrew Howard and Partners were Principal Engineers for development on a greenfield site of a new community centre comprising a community hall, bars, changing rooms and meeting rooms. Project value £1m.
Leisure Complex, Towcester – Andrew Howard and Partners were Principal Engineers for remodelling and major extension to an existing leisure complex. Project value £1.0m.
Recreation Centre, Brackley – Andrew Howard and Partners were Project Engineers with full civil/structural engineering service to an existing leisure complex comprising new gymnasium, dance hall, entrance foyer, changing rooms and staff rooms. Project value £1.2m.
Northamptonshire Association of Youth Clubs – Andrew Howard and Partners were project engineers for the indoor and outdoor national tennis centre. Project value £1.4m.
Pioneer Centre, Cleobury Mortimer – Andrew Howard and Partners are currently involved with the redevelopment of new facilities including sports hall, dining rooms, activity rooms and dormitories for 300 people. Estimated project value £2.0m.
Three Valley Water Company – Andrew Howard and Partners were Principal Project Engineers for the micro filtration plant, complete with workshop, offices, and plant room and reinforced concrete tanks. Project value £1.2m.

Silvergate Developments, Reservoir Road, Kettering – Andrew Howard and Partners were Design Engineers for a new residential development comprising a block of flats construction on an existing R.C. reservoir base. Project value £1.5m.
Clayson Country Homes & Clayson Loft Company: Webb Factory, Northampton – Andrew Howard and Partners were the Principal Structural Engineers and site supervisors for the refurbishment and extension of an existing factory to residential units. Project value £2.5m.
Grove Works, Northampton – Andrew Howard and Partners were the senior civil/structural Engineers for conversion of a factory to flats. Project value £2.0m.
Coach House, Northampton – conversion of industrial unit to a block of flats, including new three storey flats adjacent to it. Andrew Howard and Partners were Project Engineers.
Persimmon Homes Midlands, East Midlands and Thames Valley – Andrew Howard & Partners are the architects and design engineers for housing layouts and structural design of foundations and superstructures for houses and flats up to 4 storeys high.
South East Homes – London – Andrew Howard and Partners were Principal Project Engineers for the conversion and extension to an existing four-storey factory to residential units including a new car park in the basement. Project value £2.5m.

Ideal Shopping Direct, Peterborough – a £4.5m complex including TV Studios, Call Centres, Offices and Warehouse. Andrew Howard and Partners had full responsibility for design of superstructure, foundations etc. in conjunction with the architects and main contractors. Andrew Howard and Partners liased with specialist steelwork and groundwork subcontractors, mechanical engineers, acoustic engineers and other specialist designers in the media industry.
Neff (UK) Ltd, Wolverton – Andrew Howard and Partners had responsibility for refurbishment of existing offices, including the upgrading of offices, new reception area, offices, warehouse and loading dock facility. Project value: £1.5m.
Orton Southgate, Peterborough – Andrew Howard and Partners designed two office/ warehouse complexes complete with loading dock and car parking.

Fine Lady Bakeries, Banbury – a redevelopment project comprising a three storey automated bakery and workshops. Project value £6.0m. Andrew Howard and Partners were project engineers with full civil/structural Engineering services responsibility in conjunction with Project Architects and Quantity Surveyor,
GKN – ACT, Luton – Andrew Howard and Partners are project engineers and project managers for an assortment of alterations, new plant rooms and refurbishment. Project value £1.2m.
Finedon Mills – a new flour-mill development. Andrew Howard and Partners were responsible for the design of a four-storey steel frame structure for a fully automated flour processing facility.
Whitworth Bros – Andrew Howard and Partners were responsible for the design of this four-storey processing facility including large machinery halls. This building was constructed in a flood plane on pile foundations.
Fosters Traditional Foods, Market Harborough – Andrew Howard and Partners were responsible for the design of this new food packaging facility. This included chiller halls, warehousing and lorry access facilities.
International Red Cross, Bristol – extensive refurbishment and major alterations to existing factory unit for conversion to warehouse and offices. Project value £2.0m.
Basell, Milton Keynes – Andrew Howard and Partners were structural civil engineers for the erection of silos and provided general advice on foundations for various equipments.
