We do not collect every personal detail about you; our main reason for collecting personal information is to provide the service that you expect from us.

Through these interactions you may share with us: Your name, address, e-mail address, contact number and payment information. We will need that information to be able to provide you with the service you have asked for.

If you share details of other people with us (for example if you are an Architect and representing your client for AHP services) then you will need to check that your client is happy for you to share their personal information with us and for us to use it in accordance with this privacy policy.

As a user of our services, we will send you support communications about your project by E-mail.

We like interacting with you on social media about our projects. You may use social media to contact us about our services.
The information we collect from social media and online sites, including Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, sometimes includes personal information that has been put online and is publically available. Information we collect at site visits

You may share personal information with us when you visit us at our offices; such as name, contact details and payment information.

We will also collect information about you through our use of filming and photography: we will take photographs at some project sites. We use these for our business purposes (for example to monitor a situation on site, to post photos on our social media pages.)

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We use organisational measure to protect your personal information and privacy policy and review this regularly. We protect your personal information using a combination of physical and IT security controls. We also ensure that staff is adequately trained in protecting your personal information.
In the unlikely event that we have a security breach which compromises our protection of your personal information and we need to let you know we will do so.

We will review and update this privacy policy when/ if privacy policy regulation change.
If we change our privacy policy, we will post the details of the change on our website.
